This was one of those days where the weather was unrelenting and ridiculously hot. Temperatures were 95+ and the heat index was well above that! These kind of days call for early morning moving baits and slow methodical presentations as the sun rises and the heat moves in! That is exactly what we did. I started the morning throwing a moderate diving crankbait (10-12ft) and as that bite dried up I began utilizing the shakey head for those more reluctant fish. Luckily we were able to land a few quality fish, with a surprise catch mixed in! Check it out! Like and Subscribe for more. Thanks for watching!
